The mere thought of a pest infestation is enough to inject fear into any business owner but there are certain industries where this issue is particularly sensitive.

The food and pharmaceutical industries are perfect examples and that is why we have created our PestAdvanced service. We are a trusted pest control provider to a number of organisations within these industries because we cater to the ever-changing requirements of these sectors and without fail, we always put our customers’ needs first.
As well as providing a first-class service, what are some of the other benefits you can enjoy when you sign up to PestAdvanced?

We keep you compliant
In organisations where detailed documentation is necessary and full audits are vital, we can provide you with reports which are fully compliant. Whether this means meeting a BRC, AIB or customer specification, you have the peace of mind that you’re covered by a provider that understands the importance of the requirements of the industry you’re operating in.

We also stay on top of changing laws, rules and regulations and all of our technicians are updated and trained in these areas. It’s our job to ensure that you’re not infringing any health and safety regulations that could result in the severe interruption of the running of your business or worse, complete closure.

Detailed documentation
One of the most important aspects of compliance is being able to show detailed evidence of exactly this. With our PestAdvanced plan all customers receive the following documentation:

• Baiting and detection points are dated on inspection
• Bait, detector and fly control checklist
• Fly count analysis
• Insect control analysis
• Field biologist visits and detailed reports
• Detailed site plans and a fixed-date visit schedule

As well as providing helpful advice on general housekeeping and preventative pest solutions, our experts also provide you with a complete assessment which details how to prevent infestations or remove pests you’ve already identified.

No obligation
When you first contact Prokill, we will offer a free pest assessment and quote. This allows us to identify your needs and put forward recommendations for which of our services you need. This will be tailored to your needs depending on your control requirements and your property risk. Even after this, you are under no obligation to sign up with us.

As we mentioned above, we always put our customers first and we don’t expect you to work with Prokill unless you are 100% happy. If you have a question about any issues which haven’t been discussed in this post, please don’t hesitate to ask as we can usually accommodate most situations.

Ongoing support
You will have a dedicated account manager who will conduct annual reviews to ensure that you remain in control of your pest prevention strategy. We are also on hand to help you at any other time during the year should you have a question or concern.

For more information about Prokill’s PestAdvanced service, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
