What to do if your pet has fleas<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The best way to prevent an infestation in the first place is to regularly use a flea treatment on your pets. You can either do this yourself or ask your vet to do it for you.<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s too late and an infestation is already present, it\u2019s important to get it treated as soon as possible because it can lead to tapeworms and other diseases. Again, you can either do this yourself or through your vet. Only use products which are suitable for your pet. Some dog flea treatments for example are toxic to cats.<\/p>\n
